We’re the Ures, a young family based in the DFW area that owns AirBNB properties in Broken Bow. Before we ever managed a single property for someone else, we built three of our own — learning firsthand what it takes to turn a good rental into a guest favorite. That hands-on experience earned us over 70 five-star reviews, and along the way we discovered something important: most property management out there feels impersonal, cookie-cutter, and disconnected from what guests actually want.

So we decided to do it differently.

Our management approach is boutique and white-glove by design. We treat every property like it’s one of our own — because in many ways, it still feels that way to us. From guest communication to turnovers to pricing strategy, we bring the same care and attention that built our reputation, now applied to helping other Broken Bow hosts thrive.
